A four-part in-studio series with Mohit Verma — classical yoga, modern movement science, and breath. Move without pain, stretch with intelligence, and feel the difference between forcing a shape and truly inhabiting it.
This series changes that — four evenings (and one gentle morning) that teach you to move, stretch, and breathe with intention rather than effort.
Understand where discomfort really comes from — and how to unwind it, joint by joint.
Not deeper. Smarter. Learn what actually builds lasting, usable range.
Feel the difference between forcing a shape and truly inhabiting it.
Pranayama and meditation to settle the nervous system and anchor the practice.
This isn't a weekend certification. Mohit has spent his life inside this tradition.
Mohit Verma began practising yoga at 14, and studied Classical Yoga under Swami Vijayanand Ji. He earned a Diploma in Yoga from Banaras Hindu University, completed a 500-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, and went on to a Diploma in Yoga Therapy alongside a physiotherapy certification.
He travelled across India deepening his practice with respected Sadhus and Swamis, and in 2017 co-founded Brahma Yoga with his father — first in Dharamkot, Dharamsala, and later in Palolem, South Goa. That blend of classical depth and therapeutic precision is exactly what he brings to these classes.
Each class stands on its own and is booked separately. Pick the one that speaks to you.
Stretching isn't about becoming flexible — it's about moving with freedom. Explore how mobility, strength, and control work together, with intelligent techniques that build flexibility which is safe and lasts.
Modern life keeps the nervous system switched on. Slow down and reset through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and meditation — with practical tools to lower stress, sharpen focus, and sleep better.
Move with confidence, not caution. Drawing on classical yoga and modern pain science, you'll learn to move efficiently, reduce strain, and build a body that supports you both on and off the mat.
Alignment isn't about the perfect shape — it's about the most efficient way for your body to move. With detailed guidance and optional hands-on adjustments, build real stability, balance, and awareness in every posture.
Each class stands on its own — but the ideas connect, and one evening with Mohit tends to lead to the next. Pick the class that speaks to you, and see for yourself.
